As a Consultant Data (CDS), you are responsible for both strategic advice and hands-on project execution within Customer Data Solutions (CDS). You translate developments in your field into concrete actions and assist in the establishment and ongoing development of CDS.

Your job

You support Customer Data Solutions with your expertise in strategic and business management issues.
Hands-on Consultancy and Project Management: Actively lead and execute projects from planning to implementation to achieve objectives.
Strategic Advice: Provide advice on business operations and policy development, with a focus on practical application and execution. You oversee the integration with other domains during decision-making, providing comprehensive advice, and drafting design and implementation proposals.

Ensure compliance, improvement, and further development of customer & party data products.
Implement the CDS strategy into concrete projects and objectives.
Perform impact analyses on requests for non-standard data products, always considering how data issues can be resolved from a holistic customer perspective.
Actively coordinate and execute projects and manage stakeholders.
Serve as the gatekeeper for FDGM governance.
Maintain continuous alignment with key stakeholders.

Your profile

Relevant master’s degree.
At least 8 years of work experience.
Excellent advisory and communication skills (consultancy experience is a plus).
Experience with change and project management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework / SAFe).
Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
Demonstrated track record in Change Portfolio & Resource Management.
Knowledge of Data Management disciplines and risk and data-related regulations for banks.

We are offering

The gross monthly salary displayed at the top of the page is based on a 36-hour workweek, including holiday pay and benefit budget.
The benefit budget amounts to 11% of your salary. If you do not make any purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop for a month, you will receive one-twelfth of your benefit budget for that month.
Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to buy four additional weeks annually.
Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year, which can be saved up to €3,000.
Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your role).
